Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products.

If you experience any issues accessing your file or using your template, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the problem.

Canva Template Access

Many of our products are editable Canva templates. Your purchase will include a PDF file containing a link to access your template in Canva.

To use the template:

  1. Download the PDF file provided after purchase.
  2. Click the template access link inside the PDF.
  3. Edit the design in Canva using your own text and details.
  4. Download your finished design when ready.

A free Canva account may be required to edit templates.

Digital Download Refunds
Because these are digital products, all sales are final once the file or Canva template access link has been delivered. If you accidentally purchase the wrong item, have trouble accessing your file, or receive a damaged/incorrect file, please contact me within 7 days of purchase at caitlincoffield@gmail.com.Ā I will review the issue and help resolve access problems as quickly as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed, but Iā€™m happy to help with file or template access issues.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:

  • duplicate purchases
  • inability to access the download file
  • technical issues preventing template access

If you believe you qualify for a refund due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to assist.
