Digital & Physical Products
Creative Cait Printables primarily offers digital downloads, but a select number of products are physical keepsakes that are personalized, printed, and shipped by mail. Please read the product description carefully to determine whether your purchase is a digital or physical item.
Digital Products
Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
Most products in our shop are digital downloads. These items are delivered electronically and nothing will be mailed.
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download your files directly from your order confirmation page. You may also receive a separate email containing your download link.
Canva Template Access
Many products include editable Canva templates.
To use your template:
- Download the PDF included with your order.
- Open the PDF and click the Canva template link.
- Customize your design in Canva.
- Download, print, or share your finished design.
A free Canva account may be required to edit templates.
Physical Products
A small selection of products are professionally personalized, printed, assembled, and shipped.
These listings will clearly state that they are physical products and include estimated processing times.
Because each physical item is custom made, additional time is required before your order ships.
Shipping details, estimated processing times, and delivery information can be found on the individual product page.
Download Access
Digital download links are typically available immediately after purchase.
